The Action!
( 1 of 2 )

Overall the fishing was pretty good.  A lot of smallmouth bass were caught, but we couldn't keep them as they were out of season.  The pike were smaller than previous years.  There were enough largemouth bass, northern pike, and walleye caught to make for fish fries on two evenings.  The big fish pot was won by Jim Lee with a 3.1 lb. northern.  We probably had a smallmouth or two larger, but since the official scales were at the dock, those guys were out of luck.
