Bill "Smokey" Stover is retiring June 30, 2005, after 35 years with OIG. Bill started in 1970 as an auditor and switched to Investigations in 1973. He is currently OIG's representative at FinCen in D.C.

Delores Jeffries (dcjeffries@oig.usda.gov) is the contact point for sending cards, mementos, etc. for Bill and she is looking for copies of any old photos from Bill's past for an album. Contact Delores for the mailing address.
